Streamlines Collaboration, Needs Better AI Assistance

    Reviewed on Mar 06, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's clean interface because it's easy to use. Sharing on Miro is very straightforward, making it easy to work with others. Plus, Miro has the tools I need to map out the type of user journeys that I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI assistant isn't really working the way I would want it to. I've tried uploading a document to map out user journeys, but it wasn't able to give me an aesthetically pleasing result. It created a vertical layout instead of a horizontal one and didn't map things out the way I expected. I haven't really found that it automates the process or is able to take data and produce those journeys without manual effort. That hasn't changed yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for user journey mapping and collaborative exercises. It solves the problems of visualizing the user journey and enables effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Simple, Intuitive UI That’s Easy to Use

    Reviewed on Mar 06, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI, intuitive and easy to use. Not always an obvious use case, should offer more modelling and diagramming features perhaps
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of BPMN features are locked behind paywalls, some additional learning courses would be helpful too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating workflow diagrams is my main use case, some white boarding and sharing of ideas.

Visual Workflow Clarity and Seamless Team Adoption

    Reviewed on Mar 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro very easy to use, even compared to other platforms that require a lot of upskilling. It's simple for me and the team to pick up, and there are many helpful resources. The integrations and syncs available are a great bonus. One feature I recently used was the AI chat tool, which I really liked. I was able to refine a template and add my branding through prompts without the need for a designer, saving time and effort. The tool's ability to visually map out CRM design and internal processes has been incredibly beneficial for clear understanding and easy sharing with stakeholders. I also like that the platform allows us to convert sessions into PDFs or slide decks for clients with ease, which is a really nice experience and a value add for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there was a little bit of confusion around sharing permissions, but that's probably just part of our learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us visually map CRM designs and internal processes, improving understanding and making sharing with stakeholders easier. It's beneficial for client sessions, allowing us to convert captured information into PDFs or slide decks quickly, adding value to their experience.

Miro Makes Org Charts Effortless with an Intuitive Whiteboard and Helpful Templates

    Reviewed on Mar 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I find the whiteboard aspect of Miro to be very easy to use. I create an organization chart by simply dropping in an org chart; adding names, titles, and pictures - and suddenly everyone can understand the organizational structure without having to ask additional questions - which in itself, has saved me a lot of time on back-and-forth questions. The templates are really helpful - not just filler. Setup was zero effort - I just filled in the required information, and it was ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom function will snap to a location you did not intend to look at and then you'll need to scroll through your entire screen to find where you were. Some features are simply blocked off without any indication as to why, and you may eventually discover how to overcome the blockage, but it is not clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had multiple departments using multiple software applications and none of them communicated with each other. Miro brings all those tools together into one platform - floor plans, process flows, diagrams, org charts, etc., whatever each department needs. And now when someone wants to see what something will look like before it is built, I can actually show them rather than try to describe it.
